Paul Saltzman

Paul Saltzman is a two-time Emmy Award-winning, Toronto-based film and television director/producer known for over 300 productions, and a globally recognized educator and mentor. His background encompasses notable civil rights work including voter registration with SNCC and founding the non-profit organization Moving Beyond Prejudice.

Paul learned Transcendental Meditation at the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's ashram in India, an experience that changed his life. Photos of the Beatles, Pattie and Jenny Boyd, Mia Farrow and others taken during his time there sparked the creation of the film Meeting the Beatles in India and are included in the book The Beatles in India.
